By default, your plan will auto-renew at the end of your subscription term. If this auto-renewal fails, you will receive an email with a link to make your renewal payment manually in 48 hours.

A shared proxy is used by multiple users simultaneously, meaning that various individuals or entities might access the same IP address at the same time. In contrast, a dedicated proxy is exclusive to a single user, ensuring that the IP address is used by that individual or organization alone, which often results in better performance and increased security.

Shared proxies are great for web scraping, app testing, accessing geo-restricted content, price monitoring, SEO monitoring, account management and many other use cases.

Webshare offers 10 proxies for up to 1BG/month completely free for an unlimited amount of time. You only need to pay if you wish to unlock features or receive more bandwidth or proxies.

Google Pay and Apple Pay options are only accessible through mobile devices.

Please contact us if you need help making payments with these supported payment methods. Unfortunately, we don't have plans to support other payment methods right now, but we're always looking for ways to improve our service.

At Webshare, we want to make sure you are satisfied with our service, so we offer refunds to customers who cancel their subscriptions within 2 days of the original payment transaction, as long as the following conditions are met:

• Your active subscription bandwidth usage must be below 1GBs
• The number of proxies used in the subscription must be below 1,000
